Our Refund Policy
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for shipments that are lost, damaged, or delayed beyond the guaranteed delivery time.
Claims for refunds must be submitted within 30 days of the shipping date.
2. Lost Shipments
If a shipment is confirmed lost, a full refund of the shipping cost will be issued.
Proof of shipment (e.g., receipt, tracking number) must be provided when submitting a claim.
3. Damaged Shipments
If a shipment is damaged during transit, a refund will be issued based on the declared value of the shipment or the repair/replacement cost, whichever is lower.
The original packaging and damaged goods must be retained for inspection.
4. Delayed Shipments
For shipments delayed more than 30 days beyond the guaranteed delivery time, a full refund of the shipping cost will be issued.
Delays due to customs, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not eligible for refunds.
5. Incorrect Delivery
If a shipment is delivered to the wrong address due to our error, a full refund of the shipping cost will be issued.
The recipient must confirm the incorrect delivery.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
No refund will be issued for shipments delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the sender.
Refunds are not available for shipments seized or delayed by customs.
7. Claim Process
Provide the shipment tracking number, proof of shipment, and any relevant documentation supporting your claim.
Claims will be processed within 7-10 business days.
8. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the shipment.
Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Approved refunds will be issued directly to the customer's bank account.
Customers must provide bank account details (account number, account holder's name, and IFSC code for Indian customers, or relevant banking information for international customers) to facilitate the refund.
9. Policy Updates
Ship Deals reserves the right to update this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
